What Our Handwashing Station Service Covers

Last updated: November 2026

IL Toilet Rentals provides hand wash station rentals in Godfrey and nearby areas, subject to availability and an accepted estimate. The agreed service may include delivery, placement, setup, supplies, servicing, and pickup when those items appear in your quote.

Check the quote for the equipment, rental period, service visits, delivery location, and any site requirements. A station rental does not include plumbing, sewer connection, wastewater hauling or disposal, permits, staffing, event sanitation management, or repairs to the site unless we approve that work separately in writing.

Customers are responsible for selecting a location that is safe, accessible, and suitable for the equipment. Food service operators should follow the FDA Food Code handwashing provisions and the Illinois Food Service Sanitation Code, 77 Ill.

Adm. Code 750; locally adopted rules apply.

Construction and general-industry sites may also be subject to OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51© and 29 CFR 1910.141. Accessible routes and operable parts are addressed by the 2010 ADA Standards. Ask the relevant authority about site-specific requirements.

Setting, Changing, or Cancelling a Visit

Delivery, setup, service, and pickup dates are arranged with you and confirmed based on availability, access, and the details in your accepted estimate. Please provide the site address, a working contact number, requested dates, and any access instructions before scheduling. Tell us promptly if the site is not ready, the entrance is blocked, or the delivery location changes.

Contact IL Toilet Rentals as early as possible to cancel or request a date change. Any notice period, cancellation charge, or other condition that applies will be stated in your estimate or confirmation; this page does not create a fixed fee or notice period.

A request is not approved until we confirm it. Changes to the station count, rental period, location, access needs, or service frequency may affect availability and cost.

We will explain proposed changes and obtain your approval before treating them as part of the job. Weather, unsafe access, or other conditions that prevent service may require a new appointment.

How Quotes and Payments Work

We prepare estimates from the information you provide, including equipment needs, rental dates, delivery address, access conditions, and requested service. Review the written estimate before accepting it.

It describes the approved work and any payment timing or other charges that apply. An estimate is not a confirmed booking until IL Toilet Rentals accepts your approval and confirms scheduling.

Payment is due according to the terms stated in the estimate, invoice, or booking confirmation. If no payment date is stated, contact us before the scheduled work to confirm the arrangement.

We do not promise a particular price until we have reviewed the job details and issued an estimate. If you request added equipment, extra visits, a longer rental, or another change, we will provide any price adjustment for your approval before proceeding.

Work outside the accepted scope requires a separate written agreement. Questions about an invoice or estimate should be raised promptly so we can review the listed services and charges with you.

Equipment Condition and Service Concerns

IL Toilet Rentals does not state a separate workmanship warranty or fixed coverage period in these terms. Any specific warranty, equipment condition, or service commitment must be included in the written estimate or another agreement accepted by both parties.

Rental equipment is intended for the agreed use and must be operated in line with instructions provided at delivery. Contact us promptly if a station appears damaged, does not operate as expected, or needs attention during the rental period.

Coverage or a service remedy may not apply to problems caused by misuse, unauthorized changes, neglect, improper placement, unsuitable site conditions, or damage after delivery. Pre-existing site or equipment conditions should be reported and documented before work begins.

Do not attempt repairs that could create a safety risk; contact us instead. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

If your estimate includes a specific promise about repair, replacement, or service duration, that written term controls for the work it covers.

Responsibility for Site and Service Risks

Customers must provide safe access, disclose known site hazards, and use rented stations as directed. IL Toilet Rentals is not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, blocked access, misuse, or damage caused by others, to the extent allowed by law.

Where a limitation is permitted, our responsibility for a claim related to the affected service will not exceed the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits limiting liability, including for certain intentional or unlawful conduct.

A rented handwashing station does not by itself establish that a site meets health, workplace, accessibility, sewer, or environmental rules. Food facilities should check applicable FDA Food Code provisions and the Illinois Food Service Sanitation Code, 77 Ill.

Adm. Code 750; local rules apply.

OSHA sanitation requirements may include 29 CFR 1926.51© or 29 CFR 1910.141. The 2010 ADA Standards address accessible routes and operable parts.

Confirm any needed sewer approval and lawful wastewater disposal with the relevant authorities, including the Madison County Health Department or Village of Godfrey when applicable.

Questions About These Terms

For questions about a quote, booking, service, or these terms, contact IL Toilet Rentals at (833) 549-4191 or [email protected]. You may also write to Monticello Plaza, 5771 Godfrey Rd, Godfrey, IL 62035.

Include your name, service address, and booking or estimate details so we can identify the matter. Contact us promptly if you believe a term does not match your written estimate or confirmed arrangement.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted with the page and may also be communicated by email or in a booking document.

The version that applies to an existing booking is the one identified in its accepted estimate or other written agreement, unless the parties agree to a change. A revision does not change an existing arrangement automatically.

If a term conflicts with a signed or accepted job-specific agreement, that agreement governs the conflicting work. Please review the current page before making a new booking.
